Medical practice marketing services

One system, not eight invoices. Ads bring the patients; seven more things stop them leaking on the way to your calendar. A missed call, a thin Google profile, an inquiry nobody followed up — each one is money you already spent. These are the eight services our healthcare marketing agency runs as one system.

Book a 30-minute call

The eight pieces.

Software is easy to buy. Someone owning whether it works is not.

Most companies sell you a platform, integrate it, and bill you monthly whether or not it produced a patient. We build it, run it, and read the numbers every week — because the outcome is the product, not the tooling underneath it.

Why it's one system and not a menu.

Ads without follow-up leak. Follow-up without answered calls leaks. Reviews without a booking page that works just send people somewhere they can't act. Each piece is here because the one before it stops working without it — which is also why buying them separately from eight vendors rarely adds up to anything. It's what we mean by a patient acquisition and retention agency.

What it covers

What medical practice marketing actually covers.

Medical practice marketing is everything between someone deciding they need care and that person booked on your calendar. For a cash-pay or private-pay practice it comes down to four jobs, and each of our healthcare digital marketing services does part of one of them.

The jobWhat it takesService
Get foundAds on the searches people make when they're ready to book, a place in your city's map results, and accurate answers when someone asks an AI assistantPaid ads, SEO, AI visibility
Get chosenReviews that hold up in the side-by-side comparison, and a page that answers fee and fit before the first callReviews, Website & booking
Get bookedCalls answered, including after hours, and every inquiry followed to a real outcomeCalls answered, Follow-up
Bring them backPast patients and old inquiries contacted again, within the rules on using patient informationReactivation

Bought separately, these tend to leave gaps between them: ads that send people to a page with no fee on it, or inquiries that arrive after hours and wait until Monday. The order we fix them in comes from your own numbers, not from a package.

How the work runs.

  1. Thirty days first. Most practices start with the Proof Pilot: one flat fee of $2,500 for thirty days, opening with an audit of where inquiries leak. Then you decide.
  2. Your accounts, your data. Ad accounts, data, pages and history are set up in your name from day one. Ad spend goes from your own accounts straight to Google and Meta.
  3. A plan in writing. After the pilot, every plan includes the ads; the higher tiers add the receptionist, reviews, CRM, reactivation and SEO. Plans are priced per practice by clinician count, and you see the number in writing before you decide.
  4. Booked appointments, read weekly. We report what the work produced in booked appointments, not clicks or impressions.
  5. Inside the rules. A BAA is signed before any patient data moves, no PHI goes into ad platforms, patient lists are never used for targeting, and ads are checked against your board's advertising rules. The details are on our compliance page.

Tuned to your specialty.

The same eight pieces, adjusted to how patients in each specialty decide and to the advertising rules each one works under. Mental health has the tightest rules of all, so it has its own overview.

Questions

Medical practice marketing services: the usual questions.

The online work that brings a practice its patients: paid search and social ads, a website and booking page, search and map rankings, reviews, and the follow-up that turns an inquiry into a booked appointment. For a private practice, how the pieces connect matters more than any one of them, because an ad is only as good as the call or page it lands on.

Start where the practice leaks. If calls go unanswered or inquiries wait days for a reply, more ads make it worse. Most practices need to be found (ads or search), a booking page that answers fee and fit, and answered calls and follow-up. Reviews, reactivation and SEO build over months. The audit at the start of the pilot sets the order.

Every plan includes the ads, and the higher tiers add the receptionist, reviews, CRM, reactivation and SEO. The pieces are built to run together, because each one leaks without the one before it.

Agencies price them as monthly retainers, fees per channel or a percentage of ad spend, with the ad spend on top. Ours start with the 30-day Proof Pilot at one flat fee of $2,500, with ad spend paid from your own accounts straight to Google and Meta. After that, plans are priced per practice by clinician count, in writing before you decide.

You do. Ad accounts, data, pages and history are set up in your name from day one, so nothing is held back if you leave.

Yes. We're a remote US agency working with cash-pay and private-pay practices by video, and ads only run where your clinicians are licensed to see patients. Each state's advertising rules, compacts, privacy law and search demand are on its page under healthcare marketing rules by state.
